If you have Internet Explorer you must
disable 'Automatic Image Resizing' in your browser. Go to TOOLS on the
main menu. Select INTERNET OPTIONS. Select the ADVANCED tab, and scroll
down to the Multimedia section. Make sure the 'ENABLE AUTOMATIC IMAGE
RESIZING' is unchecked. This is a large file, so please be patient.
